Mt Titiroa Guided Heli Hike

  • 1-4 people

Wilderness Hike off the Beaten Track

Enjoy a guided walk on this distinctive peak located in the Fiordland National Park overlooking Lake Manapouri.  Mt Titiroa appears to have snow on it all year round, due to the white granite sands that glisten on its summit.

This remote experience is accessed by helicopter.  Flying over the attractive Lake Manapouri we land near the summit among magnificent, white, granite foundations. This environment is a photographer and curious trekker’s utopia, with expansive views and a unique landscape.

Depending on your motivations, spend 3 hours exploring the area with a gentle ramble, or go further afield with a strenuous hike.  Your private guide will tailor the hike to your requests and interests.

On conclusion of your adventure in this secluded wilderness the helicopter will return to transfer you back to Te Anau.
