Perfect guide gave the tour a more personalized flair, making an incredible day with breathtaking scenery even better
During our honeymoon in New Zealand, my wife and I went on the Milford Sound day trip and cruise with Trips & Tramps. Afterwards, our experience left us feeling as though we had been privileged with an experience of the Milford Sound and Milford Road that was unique and better than those of the other hundreds of tourists we saw with other tour companies. The distinguishing factor, without a doubt, was our tour guide, Douglas, who was experienced, friendly, brimming with local expertise, and was clearly dedicated to ensuring that we had the best experience possible that fit our personal preferences. By the end of the day, we felt like we had even made a new friend.
Your local knowledge and enthusiasm for the environment is great and made for a memorable day.
Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed and learnt on the 2 walks you took us on as part of our Milford Sound day excursion. Your local knowledge and enthusiasm for the environment is great and made for a memorable day. So enjoyed getting up close to your majestic New Zealand countryside.
We had a wonderful time!
"Thank you for the photos! We had a wonderful time. Photo of lunch attached. Best box lunch spot ever."
We had the most amazing day with Bec’s from Trips and Tramps.
We had the most amazing day with Bec’s from Trips and Tramps. We loved the small group size. Her commentary was very informative and covered everything. Lunch and arvo tea were provided and very delicious. We walked to Keys Summit. It was a tough but well worth it. Highly recommend to any families.
The overall service and the pleasure it gave us couldn't be better.
We would like to advise you how much we enjoyed our family trip into Milford Sound on Saturday.
Ross was a marvelous driver and commentator with a wonderful knowledge of the area. We were very impressed also with his manner. The condition of the bus and how clean and warm it was is a credit to your company and the fact that Ross had thermos and biscuits if we required them. The overall service and the pleasure it gave us couldn't be better.
